    Description

    The item listed here is a preserved (petrified-like)  horn from an American Bison (Buffalo).  A family member found it washed up in the Ponca Creek of north central Nebraska.  It is about 9-1/2" long from root to tip.  Very nice item probably from the 1800s as it is quite old.
