    You are buying a Kate Spade necklace  that is the Pennsylvania version of he "State of Mind" series. Gold plated pendant is round with a cut out of the state shape and says Ring My Bell with 41N 77.5W on one side, is blank on the other, and has clear sparkling crystals around the outside of it. The gold tone chain is 24" long with a 3" extender totalling 27". Condition is "Pre-owned", has light surface scratches I have tried to show.
